Born:

Cleon Anderson received a BSEE and MBA from the University of Utah. He has over 40 years working in the electronics industry with Sperry, Univac, Unisys, Loral, Lockheed Martin, and L-3 Communications. He has received three Patents.

Anderson was IEEE president in 2005.
