IEEE Employee Benefits and Compensation Committee History

The IEEE Employee Benefits and Compensation Committee is a standing committee of the IEEE Board of Directors. It reviews and recommends for approval to the Board of Directors compensation guidelines, benefits whose costs are budgeted, and related matters, including philosophy, policies, programs and long-term planning, and financial considerations for IEEE employees.
