• CUSB stands for  cairo university student branch.
• IEEE Cairo University Student Branch was the first IEEE student branch to be established in Egypt  in 1970.
• IEEE CUSB mainly serves four departments within the faculty, Electronics and Communications, Electrical Power Engineering, Computer Engineering and Biomedical Engineering,though it’s activities is not limited to that; IEEE CUSB serves our community in many different ways with the help of a wide range of volunteers working together and doing their best to achieve one vision.
• Activities include -but are not limited to- workshops, competitions, conferences, technical events, fairs and community-serving projects.

• IEEE Cairo University Student Branch was the first IEEE student branch to be established in Egypt in 1970.
