Biography

Mr. Lusin earned his bachelor's degree from the City College of New York, USA, in 1963 and worked as an electrical designer for RCA Communications, Bechtel Associates and the John Graham Co.

From 1973 to 1987, he was supervising electrical engineer for Gibbs and Hill. He continued to work as an engineer until he was 80 years old. He also was a volunteer with the Russian Gift of Life, a charitable organization that brings Russian children in need of open-heart surgery to the United States.

Lusin died 15 Nov. 2000 at the age of 81.
