Abstract
For the young engineer today, the future holds challenges seldom, if ever before, present. Regardless of the direction of his or her future plans or ambition, the young engineering modern society will do well to consider these challenges in all their ramifications. David C. Allison, R&D, interviews Dr. Myron Tribus, senior executive vice president, both of Xerox corporation about these issues.
