PS I sent Uday an emailo last week and he replied that he is at the DAC conference in Austin, TX and said he will work on it when he returns. You may want to get some timing from him.
There is no real issue with this milestone program getting the details done, when you are working full time. Uday and several members of the committee work at SUN(Oracle). The Sun campus is a CA historical site so there is ample public space to install the plaque. You would be welcome if you would like to visit the campus.
