I am the advocate for this proposal, and agree with Mike that it is a very strong one. What particularly makes it interesting is that two engineering societies are involved: the IEEE and the AIA. The proposal is, I feel, well-thought out, and well-documented. I note how many organizations, both commercial and government, were involved in making the blind flight highlighted possible. I wholeheartedly support its approval.
