Biography

James S. Harris, Jr. is currently the James and Ellenor Chesebrough Professor of Engineering, Professor of Applied Physics and Professor of Materials Science and Engineering at Stanford University. He received the IEEE Morris N. Liebmann Memorial Award in 2000.
