About the Award
The IEEE Donald G. Fink Prize Paper Award, named after Donald Fink, 1958 past president of the IRE, was established in 1979 and is presented for the outstanding survey, review, or tutorial paper in any of the IEEE Transactions, Journals, Magazines, or Proceedings issued between 1 January and 31 December of the preceding year. The Award is sponsored by the IEEE Life Members Committee.
