Biography
Bruce Tarleton was born in North Carolina, USA. Mr. Tarleton was a graduate of North Carolina State University, Raleigh. He headed his own engineering consulting firm and served as senior electrical engineer of the state of North Carolina for five years. A veteran of World War II, he received the Purple Heart medal for wounds suffered in combat.
Mr. Tarleton was also a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers. He was a licensed private pilot and an accomplished amateur radio operator.
Tarleton died June 9th, 2001. He was survived by his wife, two sons and three grandchildren.
