I am doing research on a High Tension Power Line Contractor that operated under the name of Humboldt Light and power Corp. Co. and operated in Saskatchewan, Canada from 1927 to 1931 and his association with Oluff Inkser whom was employed with the Saskatchewan Power Corporation on High Tension Line Construction working out of Regina, Sask. Canada during the same time period. He was made an associate member of the American Institute Of Electrical Engineers during or shortly after this time period. My father, Joseph B. Martineau was a partner and in charge of the job sites. My Brother who is 93 years old was there remembers Inkster visiting the job site!
