Co-Owner, Multimedia & Production Director for Phantom Productions, Inc. founded in 1964. Manages Phantom's University of Texas multimedia contract with the Texas Center for Disability Studies. Develops web sites, produces training videos, marketing plans and consults with UT staff in areas of media. Phantom also provides system support services to the TCDS. Phantom produces web sites and video for organizations supporting persons with disabilities. Phantom also produces media for entertainment clients.

In the late 1980's initieted and saw to frutition the Austin Community College Commercial Music Degree Program, now known as the ACC Music Business, Performance and Technology Degree. In 2012, Martin founded the Museum of magnetic Sound Recording in Austin, Texas to create a public non-profit facility for sound recording devices. The Museum is to become part of a larger Muti Media Museum that includes sound technology, video, film broadcasting, video games, photography and publishing.
